What services does KILT provide?

We provide transportation and supervision services that are necessary to support the relationship between children in foster care and their families.

Do drivers use their own vehicles?

We have limited vehicles available. However, most people drive their own vehicle; and in doing so receive a mileage stipend.

What are the work hours?

The hours are flexible. Each driver creates his/her own schedule. Both weekdays and weekend hours are available.

Where is the service currently available?

We provide services to children throughout the state of Illinois.

Are drivers required to provide their own car seats?

No, KILT provides car seats appropriate to the age and weight of each child.
